Hi I’m from Greenwich I have had a few quotation for my wardrobe in my bedroom but because of the reasonable price I choose metro company I promise I never seen such good quality of work and materials.
They are fabulous team and very patient with a crazy customer just like me I appreciate they work and big thanks.

I highly recommend Metro Wardrobes. I had my wardrobes installed this week, no delays and high quality service. I am very happy with the result, they are beautiful and sturdy. Excellent client services from the beginning to the end. The designer was very flexible, patient and attentive and the wardrobes are exactly the way I wanted. PRO: the removal and installation of the wardrobes were swift and professional.
CON: communication over the phone or email was slow and sometimes non existent. I have asked several times confirmation of the exact measurements which I have never recieved.
The design of the wardrobes could be better if more care was taking on making sure the space was maximised (lots of extra boards are used or large gaps on the sides taking up precious space ).
The drawers are hard to pull and push back.

Overall it's a sturdy wardrobe but I am disappointed with the design.

Great company!! Martina came to my property, measured everything up, showed me the large selection of colours available, she helped me deciding the internal configuration after I explained my necessities and after 2 weeks my wardrobe was done! The guys left the room very clean and the finishes of my wardrobe are spotless!

I had been let down by Sharps so I needed a wardrobe company that could help me as soon as possible. I had someone come within a matter of days since my first enquiry to design a lovely wardrobe, and they even moved my appointment to an earlier date to accommodate me. The installation was quick, simple and completely quiet except for some drilling and building noises. I was so happy with the results. I even got a courtesy call afterwards asking me how it went. Fantastic service and would definitely use again!

Great job from Metro wardrobes - we had a double wardrobe, drawers and cupboards fitted by them. It take two days to fit and came about 8 weeks after we ordered. They look great, a good quality and a reasonable price.

These people are absolutely terrible - complete amateurs. They use 1980's pressure selling tactics like " I can only get this price for you if you sign now". There is no documentation and no technical drawings supplied, so they will try to make what works best for them - not you. I had to get my money back via Credit Card company who found in my favour!

Highly recommend Metro! Their service and products are excellent and the staff are always professional and knowledgeable. Our designer, Ranto, visited our flat to do initial measurements. We later met him at their showroom, where we were able to pick out preferred finishes. Ranto also sent us a 3D render of what the bedroom would look like, which helped visualising the end product. The fitting team were a delight! They clearly took great pride in making sure we were happy with the end result, and left the flat immaculately clean. We're looking forward to Metro working on our living and office!

My space was an awkward space however the designer Asheeta created the perfect fitted wardrobe for my dressing room. Through out the whole process i went back and forth altering stuff and till the very end they was supportive and made my vision come to light.

The builders doing the work where so good, they even finished in one day. The wood is amazing and such great quality. No mess was left behind at all.

I have never been so happy, great service and great work and great prices.

Recommended them 100%.

Thieves - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
They took all my money and did not install my wardrobe. They promise one day fitting but this is a lie. After taking my second payment, they refused to complete the wardrobe and just left a carcass. They sent me counterfeit plastic doors and charged me for glass. They are now refusing to give my money back and are making illegal threats. Moreover, his fitters are aggressive and are not safe in people’s homes. The director of the company has been reported to the police.

I left an enquiry and they had been one of the first companies to call me back with details and a price.

The designer came out and went in detail with samples. I found him to be extremely professional and the girls at the office too. My wardrobes are of high quality and at a reasonable price. I went with Metro as they allowed me to fully customise my wardrobes whilst other companies limited me on colour and the number of shelves I could have.

Called up yesterday to enquiring about sliding wardrobe doors, gave dimensions , got a estimate for £1200, said I will visit there show. Went to there show room spoke to there designer , she not aware of the different styles of sliding doors they, have to refer her to there website. Then to be told the sliding door will be £2000, a figure just out of thin air! They don’t really do separate doors , they are out sourced. Time wasters #

Poor Service

made the appointment for them to come over, wife took 2 hours off from work.

Designer kept on sayin he is on the way and never turned up , finally stopped answering

Shocking service

Whilst the wardrobes were fitted ok, I said the doors did not open as described and asked for them to be changed. They have not been. I was promised a call from the original design consultant, I haven't had that call. Forget all the promises about after service, it seems once they have your money, that's it. I had wanted to have more wardrobes fitted but will now find another company to do this. Clearly Metro are happy to lose follow up business rather than fix their previous work.
UPDATE
They have now said they will fix the doors and not charge for the materials but want me to pay their fitters another £75. They are still holding the extra wardrobes I discussed as a negotiating tool, saying if I go ahead with an extra order they will reimburse me with the additional fitting cost. I suppose it's a bit of a compromise and I am really not happy with the existing door configuration so I guess I'll have to go ahead and pay the fitters fee. Just such a shame "the customer is always right" no longer applies. Since this post the doors have been put right at a cost to me of £40. I received a call today (18/1) from the designer at the request of the company. I was asked to either delete my review or change it out of respect for the company's reputation as the work was done as a special favour to the designer and for me. So review updated.

We had 2 fitted wardrobes in our new flat that we are delighted with. Manish was our designer who was great and knowledgeable and James looked after the final designs. We can't recommend them enough. Any changes we wanted was no problem the 3d designs really helped to see what they looked like and the final result was fantastic. The price was half that a rival firm was charging and so much better quality than anything from a swedish store. If you are looking for fitted wardrobes this is the firm to go for.

We are currently refurbishing our whole house and have done extensive research for everything we have installed. When it came to looking for fitted bedroom furniture, we started with the 2 well known names. Their quotes were very high, their product shoddy and their lead times long. Once we discovered Metro wardrobes we realised we had found a far superior product, at a brilliant price with short lead times. My advice is: don't bother wasting your time with the 'well known' names. See their quality and having just had the wardrobes installed by brilliant fitters, we are delighted.
