Very disappointed with my experience with Metro Tow Trucks. I have been trying for weeks to order parts for my truck, and the communication has been extremely poor. Multiple phone calls were not returned, emails went unanswered, and getting any useful information was nearly impossible.
When your equipment is down and you need parts, time matters. Unfortunately, the lack of customer support and follow-up made a frustrating situation even worse. After weeks of trying, I still could not get the parts I needed.
Based on my experience, Metro needs significant improvement in customer service, communication, and parts support. I hope they address these issues because customers depend on timely assistance to keep their businesses running.
