I was searching for a credible hair transplant clinic and was recommended Metroplemed by a friend who is doctor and had his transplant done at the clinic. I recently visited and did mine, was really impressed by the whole experience, level of service, staff, care and professionalism everything 5 star. would like to thanks the entire team from sales, to medics and after care even transfers. all great. will thoroughly recommend to anyone who is thinking about hair transplant.

For a long time I chose a clinic for hair transplantation between Istanbul and Moscow clinics. Consulted in many of them. And in the end, I chose Metropolmed, which I have not regretted for a minute since the first communication with the curator and until now. Last year in September 30 I have my hair transplant, I was inpatient and sceptical after the transplant and after 2 weeks when I started to lose the hair I was with the moral down . It takes me 6 months to see my hair results and be satisfied . Need to thank to Saman Aksa for he help and guidance. The hair transplant was 100% a good investment after all , the best one for 2022.

Great experience in terms of the clinic,staff, procedure ,transportation and after care. Amazing and welcoming team that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed .
Especially want to thank Jaydaa who met me in the clinic at half 5 in the morning because i had to catch a plane back to remove my bandage and to put the head band on that is dedication to the patients they give you .very responsive and they don't leave you on seen .even now i can text the team anytime and they will give me their time and advice.

Initially I was a little nervous about booking overseas & trusting it was legit, however the care I received from start to finish was truly amazing. Yusef who dealt with me was amazing. THANK YOU YUSEF. From minute I touched down at airport I was well looked after & picked up in a lovely car the Hotel was lovely ans the staff were amazing. They excel in their aftercare with regular phone calls starting and photo requests starting from when you arrive home and still 6months later. I am so glad I put my trust in these guys and can honestly say I would highly recommend metropolmed.

The company is great. Has amazing customer service, very friendly team, made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I was recommended from peers and friends, they gave me a positive feedback and I’m glad I went there. I did a hair transplantation in France 6 years ago. Not very succesfull. A lot cheaper here, more hair transplant, and i like thé following After thé opération. There is always someone to help if needed. Thank you very much at Amel and Firas

I had my hair transplant on 6th Feb 2023, as per my experience the staff was very professional and well trained, the procedure took 4 to 5 hours and well performed by doctors. I would recommend to always add hotel and taxi services when you go for any kind of surgeries as it saves your time.

Before my decision to visit Metropolmed, I was looking in my native country (Netherlands) for some clinics. I didn’t really find suitable clinics that expected my needs, fortunately a friend of mine went to Turkey and Metropolmed to get a hairtransplant and when I saw his results I was really impressed. So he recommended me Metropolmed and gave me the number of an agent. My agent Jayda really helped me with everything and still helps me to this day with questions, for this I am very thankful. The staff at Metropolmed is also very helpful and really helped me with everything, from providing me with meals and comforting me during the process. The results are already looking good, the procedure was perfect and I can’t wait for the final results. I am really thankful for Metropolmed and would recommend it to everyone that is considering a hair transplant.

Metropolmed carried out my hair transplantation couple of days ago. The whole experience was great right from airport pickup, hotel stay arrangements, the transplant surgery, and the after treatment service. The surgery team worked in coordination to ensure no time lost and they remained helpful throughout. Felt I was in safe hands.
