My daughter rented a bus for her wedding. We had 50 people that were coming in from out of town. 4 days before the wedding they called her to tell her they had no bus for her. That it broke down and they didn't have a replacement. What kind of a shuttle company first of all, doesn't make sure their vehicles are running well and are safe for their passengers. Secondly, why wouldn't they have a spare available in the event something like that happened. Thirdly, why couldn't they get it repaired before the wedding. They didn't even try to help her find another place. My daughter had to scramble to find another place and on top of that had to pay $500 more. I do not recommend this place at all.

Metropolitan Shuttle was great at responding quickly to my request for a quote, providing me with the driver's information and being sure to arrive on time. Unfortunately where it all fell apart is when the driver arrived with a charter bus and not the 13 person van that was on my contract as the charter bus could not fit on the curvy roads. This left us with our wedding guests stuck at the parking area and family members having to shuttle guests.

I have reached out to Metropolitan Shuttle to discuss the issue and request a refund since they DID NOT provide us with a service of which I paid in full and NO ONE is returning calls or emails. This is a poor way to run a business....take customer's money, don't provide a service and don't return calls!!!

Our monument tour was fabulous! Our driver was so helpful with our scheduled stops and offered sightseeing information as well. He was so kind to help with one of the guests who needed assistance and always had a smile for our group. I would absolutely use Metropolitan Shuttle again and highly recommend them for personalized group travel!

We had a phenomenal experience with this company for a wedding. Our driver Nick was incredibly kind, patient, prompt, and a skilled driver. He made a very chaotic wedding day so much more peaceful. The driver did not mind a bus full of loud singing teens and helped us connect our music to the speakers. This was our first time booking a shuttle and it was truly amazing. We were given a reasonable quote very quickly and we easily booked with only a day in advance. We will certainly be booking again!

We rented a shuttle from Metropolitan Shuttle in Houston and had a wonderful experience. Our driver was safe, courteous and definitely one of the reasons we had a wonderful evening celebrating.

I contacted Metropolitan Shuttle at the last minute requesting services with a couple of day. I received a quote and was in contract within a matter of minutes. From the sales representative to the driver; they were very helpful and accommodating for such short notice. I will definitely be using their services again.

We are a travel agency that has/had a contract with Metropolitan Shuttle to take our group on a trip. We had to cancel when Cov-id hit our world and we have been trying to get our agency refund since April to no avail, they ignore our calls, letters from our lawyer, I'm very disappointed in Metropolitan Shuttle, and just wish they would respond to us and send our refund back to us.

This is my second review, not sure what happened with my first. Extremely professional organization, spot on pickup and delivery to and from. Beautiful, New, large buses that shuttled us between airport and back with ease and smooth ride. Driver was very courteous and helpful loading and unloaded all luggage. Cost was competitive to all the quotes we received. Would use Metropolitan Shuttle in a heartbeat again for our company shuttle needs.

Hired for wedding guests for the day, service was great! Was a huge relief knowing we didn’t have to worry about whether someone had a few and then was trying to get into a car. Thank you for making our day worry free in this category!!

We used Metropolitan Shuttle for a bus to transport my very large family from the church funeral for our to the burial at the cemetery. The bus was very nice looking, clean and comfortable. The driver was professional and kind. He followed the hearse at a slow, respectful speed. It was good for all of the family to be able to be together.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS BUS COMPANY. I never write bad reviews, EVER, but I had to for this company. If I could give negative stars, I would. This driver did not shut/lock their truck properly with probably over $25,000 worth of people’s luggage and belongings on it, and while on the highway, the trunk FLEW OPEN. On the highway a man flagged us down, pointing to the trunk to let us know there was something wrong, so the driver pulls over, inspects the back of the bus and we hear the trunk slam shut. We were all very confused and were joking saying “imagine our stuff flew out”. The driver got back into the bus and when we asked what had happened she nervously said, “something with the tail light” and dismissed the conversation very quickly and kept driving. It was VERY suspicious. Once we arrived at the airport at 4am for our 6am flight, four women’s luggage’s were MISSING from the trunk, including mine. By then, we had all figured out what happened (that the trunk was opened and our luggage flew out on the highway.) She (the driver) started making up random stories saying she had just seen a guy come by and take our luggage’s and run away...meanwhile there was NO ONE AROUND..... So you’re saying one guy came by and took FOUR big suitcases while we were all unloading the truck and no one saw him except for you?!?! Keep in mind there were at least 15 women on this bus. After everyone else gathered their luggage, except for the ones that were obviously missing, she hopped right back on the bus and SPED AWAY as fast as she could. I tried contacting the bus company several times and they were absolutely NO HELP. After months, they finally sent me an insurance claim to fill out with what had happened, just for me to fill it out and have them never respond or take action. They did not offer any compensation and never answered my phone calls again. I lost over $2,000 worth of my stuff. No apology or anything. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, PRE-PAID OVER $700.00 FOR A MINI-SHUTTLE FOR A VERY SPECIAL EVENT. THE SHUTTLE NEVER SHOWED UP EVEN THOUGH I CONFIRMED WITH THE COMPANY TWO DAYS PRIOR THAT WE WERE ALL SET TO GO. COMPLETELY RUINED A VERY SPECIAL EVENT FOR A LOT OF PEOPLE. I WAS NOT ABLE TO REACH ANYONE BY TELEPHONE, ALL LINES LEAD TO LEAVING A MESSAGE!

Being the first time using the shuttle I was a little worried. However, everything came through perfect. Will definitely use again.
