Quite honestly an excellent service - it came when you said it would and it was all correct - even your chosen courier was good
Prices were the best I could find and stock was the most comprehensive- the brochure supplied will be very useful too.
The packaging was a little damaged / ripped but nothing was missing
I will definitely order from you again and recommend you to others

I am ordering Simpson Strong Tie products from Metro Fixings again, and I got my order wrong. My fault. I phoned the next day, spoke to Jon, he stopped my order just before it was dispatched, discussed my requirements, agreed on what I REALLY needed, corrected the order and it's now been sent out. Metro had everything I needed in stock at excellent prices, their website was super easy to navigate. Ordered on Friday afternoon expecting delivery early the following week, however it all arrived before lunch the very next day despite it being a Saturday. Excellent service from start to finish.
