Impressed with delivery speed (12hrs from order!!!) and effort the courier took to ensure the parcel is left safely. Im guessing delivery is in-house not outsourced.

Product not to specs
The metal strip arrived bent, I contacted customers servicers who confirmed that all the metal strips are slightly bent and suggested other products in the market.

Fantastic service
The website was easy to use. My call was answered quickly. The person who took the call was knowledgeable and helpful. After my order, I was called by one of the sales team to check and ensure that the items I had ordered were compatible with my equipment. I received the goods the next day. If only all online purchasing was like this!!
