Dreadful service

Dreadful service. Waited an hour for a taxi. Was told it would be 10 mins. Despite regularly checking with office was told each time he was close but in traffic he'd be 5-10 mins. An HOUR later driver arrives. Dont waste your money or your time with this company.

Really bad experience

Really bad experience! Booked our airport transfer over three weeks in advance, provided notes on the booking to say there were 7 adults plus two kids were travelling (one infant and one 4 year old) also called the night before departure to check booking is OK, was reassured they had the notes and baby can sit on lap. In the morning a lady driver turned up, we added the luggage and got in the cab, then she starts counting us and starts shouting : 'Oh why is it 9 of you now, I can only take 8'. I was trying to explain nicely that there's notes on the booking, she wouldn't let me. She called the office to check why they told me baby was fine to sit on lap, then I got called from the office WITHOUT even an apology! They proposed they'd send another cab, for the extra person. Told them to send two smaller cars instead as I couldn't really listen to the lady driver as she was annoyingly always talking and shouting over me (bear in mind this was at 4am) instead of telling us in a proper manner. They only sent ONE car instead of two, called back AGAIN and asked for the other car to be sent, on both instances I was told they'd be £37 each. When the second car arrived I was sent the automated text saying the price is £55 despite being smaller than the first (MPV), so had to pay extra. They messed up our whole morning! Would certainly NOT recommend them or ever use them again! Too busy and arrogant and simply can't cope !
