Worst Phone company ever!

“I can’t use my phone normally outside Wi-Fi because Metro/T-Mobile locked it. Spectrum eSIM won’t activate, and T-Mobile requires 365 days to unlock. This is frustrating and makes the phone basically useless for months. Very bad customer experience.”

Refund policies need to be reevaluated for quality

I would like to share an experience i am having with this company. I ordered a phone on October 8 from Metro by T-Mobile, it was delivered on October 10th, but the driver was not able to get the phone to me successfully.

No problem. The issue is I'm owed a complete refund of 174.74 and I keep getting the runaround from customer service. One agent has stated the refund is being processed and another agent is claiming that the process hasn't even started yet. This is causing me mental stress. They won't even respond to my emails anymore and I would really like my monies back to get a working phone. Someone help!!

Constant price raises

The plans used to be great but they continue to raise the prices. I am now shopping for a new provider because the prices keep going up.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been with them for, many years before they merged with metroPCS. Customer service is now in SOUTH AFRICA. if you call it routes you there. They know NOTHING. I cannot hear the rep very well as there is screaming and yelling in the background as if a big party is going on. I called three times and it was always the same. It like calling a noisy bar. The rep was incapable of telling me if INTERNATIONL CALLING COULD INCLUDE SPAIN. SHE HAD TO PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES AND NEVER PICKED UP. The rep before her said Oh Hello Are you living in South Africa!!!! He also could not help me. I have called cuistomer service in the past and been helped and NEVER been routed to south africa. Metrobytmobil will loose clients if they do not resolve this mess of IMPOSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Metro by Tmobile employee gives himself a 5-star review on my goggle account without my consent or knowledge.

After several attempts to get my SIM card figured out I was advised to go to a stores location. The Metro by Tmobile store located at 3336 Wrightsboro Rd #2 · (706) 432-8145 has employees that will pretend to be working or looking at your cell, only to open your Google account and leave themselves 5-star review without your permission or knowledge. Saeed wrote himself a 5-star review under my account. I was unaware until I recently came across it. If they are willing to fraudulently do that, what else are they capable of?

What I came in for was never addressed. My cell kept dropping the SIM card. Saeed, never looked at the SIM tray. Never took out the SIM card to inspect it for corrosion. Saeed only took the time he needed to write himself a 5-star review. Swiftly handed back my cell and promptly dismissed me. Saeed was unprofessional and lacked the knowledge or presence of mind to address my cell issue.
I found the owner of this location's name and sent him an email regarding this concern. He never responded. So, that makes me wonder if he is complicit in this practice. When you Google this location, there are several reviews similar to mine with Saeed'd name mentioned with a 5-star review. Makes me wonder if he did to them what he did to me.

Saeed broke my trust. As an employee representing Metro by Tmobile, I feel violated. If Saeed is willing to lie to boost up his store's location with falsifying 5-star reviews. What else is he going to do with unlimited time, pretending to be working on your cell? Cell phones are like digital wallets. I am not willing to compromise my cell with employees like Saeed. If you have to get your cell looked at, make sure that the 1-time PIN code is given before you hand your cell to anyone representing these companies. It's to make sure anything done to your cell while in their possession is logged by the company's system. It records their employee number, date, and time. I unfortunately did not get this done at the time. Lesson learned!

It was easy to change service to Metro

Julia did a great job this morning, getting my phone switched over from my crappy cell provider to Metro. We had a few hiccups with my zipcode but she still had a smile on her face and was super pleasant to talk to. She is super friendly. I am glad I came in today.

Why am i all of a sudden calling long…

Why am i all of a sudden calling long time numbers I've called and getting a recording saying I'm sorry the person you're calling does not wish to speak with callers who block their number. I DON'T BLOCK MY NUMBER. METRO PCS NEVER BLOCKED MY NUMBER. T-MOBILE DID AN ILLEGAL CORPORATE TAKEOVER OF METRO PCS. T-MOBILE IS NOT MY IDEA OF CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY. IF I WANTED T-MOBILE SERVICE I WOULD'VE PICKED T-MOBILE.

At a pool party in Beverly Hills.....

At a pool party in Beverly Hills this past weekend ......
Imagine - 50 - 75 people at the party. Very fancy with a Dj and nice catering and lots of different people from all over the world!
As the party progressed - everyone is taking photos and - GHASP!! No service!! Since we were pretty high up in the hills - the service was spotty.... except for my one phone!! Metro by Tmobile. I had such awesome service that I was allowing my friends to use my hotspot on my line so they could tag and place pics online from the party!! Out of ATT, Verizon, Sprint, and Metro by T-Mobile-- the only service that worked was mine!!
I wanted to share this with everyone as my plan is 45$ and its unlimited everything. Even mobile hotspot up to 15gbs. love this service and thank you Tmobile!!!
