Sometimes things don't need to be complicated. I want to track visitors who come to my site, how many, how they got there and what they do on the site. There's a huge number of possible solutions to this, but there are also a lot of complicated solutions. I had Metrimo up and running in just a few minutes, and within 24 hours I got some really useful information that I didn't actually know I needed until I saw it. The developer is responsive and positive, and I'm already looking at how I can expand the use of it for all my sites.
I haven't found anything I need that it can't do, but I also feel if I did get to that point that a support request would be helpfully dealt with, and potentially the feature added, but so far, it's got way more than I need and want, so it seems a really positive purchase and I'd certainly recommend having a look if you want a simple to implement and cost effective solution.
