Easy process, great coordinator!

We found an apartment we wanted to rent. The one we originally saw wasn’t exactly as needed but our contact in Metra Living found a similar one which was perfect. Once we agreed we’d like to rent it, we were connected with our Tenancy Coordinator Clare Green who ensured the process progressed and everything was in order. Once we were cleared and our tenancy confirmed we were then introduced to our ongoing contact. This has all bee a great service.

From Challenges to Progress at Ethelred Court

Jourdan from Metra Living took over as property manager at a really difficult time for Ethelred, and to his credit, he’s brought noticeable improvements since then. Communication has become clearer, and several long-standing issues have finally started seeing progress. While there’s still some way to go, his effort and commitment to making things better are genuinely appreciated. As residents, we’re glad to have him leading the way forward

Clare Green and Monzur Ashraf were super responsive! The process was clear and they were willing to work with us on unique challenges. We were able to find a new flat, fairly quickly and it was easy to work with the both of them.

Good Flat Management

I'm in my fourth year of tenancy, and I can mention that the property management services provided by Siobhan have been consistently good and on point in every aspect. I do really appreciate her efforts in keeping things tidy.

During the last 6 years, I had the chance to work with Siobhan Brennan. In her role as property manager she was punctual, informative and very knowledgeable. In the few times I had a problem with the property she was able to advise and help me resolve my issues in a timely manner.

A huge thank you to Mubin at Metraliving for guiding us so seamlessly through the process of securing our property. He has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and proactive, making what could have been a stressful experience smooth and hassle-free. Thanks to his support, we were able to secure our spot quickly in today’s tough housing market.

Big thanks to Gemma B

Gemma was super helpful and was thorough in talking me through the specs of the properties I viewed. Was available after for any qs and made sure all information was available to me. Gemma was also very approachable which is always a plus.

Shoutout to Sabrena!

Sabrena was super helpful from the very start and made the whole process so much smoother for us. What stood out the most was her honest and transparent approach – we really appreciated how straightforward and genuine she was. My partner absolutely loved her too, which says a lot! It honestly felt like she had our best interests at heart the entire time.

Would highly recommend Sabrena to anyone looking for a friendly, professional, and trustworthy lettings negotiator.

Avoid Meta Living where possible

I would give them zero if that was possible. Absolute scumbags, beware moving in mid month as you will end up being overcharged compared to the the annual amount due because of their pro-rata calculation method.

On top of that on moving in we had hordes of cleanliness and repair issues to resolve and previous tenants' furnitures weren't removed. Our property manager Siobhan is useless at best and intentionally unhelpful at worst.

Avoid where possible.
