easy to order online and was able to track delivery

My shoes were never shipped. The website is not working. There’s been no response to my emails. I am filing a complaint with my credit card company

I got the shoes for a trip and they are so comfortable.

I sent back my order to exchange for another size and haven't heard anything for almost two weeks. I sent back my order in perfect condition the same day they arrived. I needed another size. This isn't a difficult transaction.

I will never order from this company ever again. I’ve been trying for over a week to contact customer service to return part of my order. No one answers or gets back to you!

Shoes made of good quality. But unfortunately had to return them because they were too narrow.

The shoes from this company are good. however the customer service is horrible. It is virtually impossible to get in touch with anyone and a response via email takes a very long time. I experienced receiving the wrong shoe three times and and it is a nightmare trying to get it resolved.. I had to pay shipping with reach return and received the wrong size shoe AGAIN AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER RETURN FEE TO GET MY MONEY REFUNDED. I will never order from this company again..

Vegan shoes that are affordable AND cute are not easy to find.

I’m very disappointed with this company. I ordered 2 pair of shoes . A loafer in a size 8 and a boot in an 8.5. The boot came in the wrong size so I exchanged it for an 8.5 and then I received the second pair in the wrong size. I have sent them back and waiting for the correct size. I have tried to reach out to customer service phone number and no one answers . This is so unacceptable.

Love your shoes. Comfortable and priced reasonably.

I am in the middle of a delivery issue with UPS.
Me Too Shoes DID NOT tell me they would not ship to a PO Box. Now, UPS is holding my shoes. Hopefully, UPS will be able to turn this around and I will finally get my shoes.....VERY DISAPPOINTED with the entire order! Me Too got their money up front and now I am waiting on my order..........very unfair and unprofessional.........would not give even one star to this order....................

Not responding to my many requests to return

Noticed I am not the only one with this issue.

No response to my multiple queries on how to return shoes that are too large and RECEIVE a refund for my purchases.

I love the fabric style of the shoes. I read a review that said they recommended ordering a half size smaller for a better fit, but they were a bit narrow. I have a narrow foot, I can’t wear shoes without socks easily. That didn’t work for me, I should have ordered my regular size.

I love these shoes! Even the most uncomfortable pair is more comfortable than any other brand shoes. lol… and, they are pretty.

I couldn’t believe how fast I got these shoes!!! Me Too never disappoints. The shoes are more beautiful in person than the picture!!!! Oh btw I own over thirty pair of Me Too shoes
