I always wear a 7 and they were too big. I asked for return and replacement and it took 3 emails to get the information. I did finally get the size I wanted and they are cute. If you want quick shipping, you won't get that here. If you have a problem with the item, isn't a great experience.

The MeToo flats I received have the same, excellent quality of the shoes I purchased 10 years ago. They have good support, make use of quality materials and they stretch out gently to the shape of your feet. The same flat with a buckle at the front instead of a drawstring bow tie would be nice too.

The time it took to receive the product was good. One pair of shoes fit good.

My Lilyana flat came apart basically when I put the shoes on. The top decorative element is flopping around and loose. They are very comfortable but not the type of quality I want from a $65 pair of shoes.

The wrong pair of shoes were sent to me. I have asked customer service for assistance with this via their customer service email and have received no response!

I lost everything in Eaton canyon fire and I had purchased 2 pairs of me too flats in 2024. After 8 months, I asked for a discount on my new order and it was promptly given. I was shocked! QVC, HSN, even amazon would not replace, give, or offer a discount for the recent items I had purchased.
What they done was really helpful and I appreciate a company that works for their customers. I will continue to be their customer.
