Multiple good experiences ....
Once you understand the process and the documents required, the process is very fast and effective. Their AI agents are well trained and the solicitations and condolences are appreciated.
We started out with 4 pets (2dogs/2cats). Since that time, one cat passed and we've had some expensive issues with the dogs. MetLife was there for each of these occasions, providing the financial support needed so we could focus on the beasties.

The claim process seems disjointed. It takes some time to approve and it is stressful to obtain documentation that is somewhat foreign to lay consumers.
