Getting a hold of a real person on the phone can be a little lengthy, but once I did their help was incredible! They were happy to help me and remediate an issue that popped up due to “automatic approval/denial process”

Bad Faith Claims Handling
Honestly, as a medical health professional myself, I could not believe a claim representative would overlook standard of practice and require additional documentation when the veterinarian’s notes were very clear and supportive of the treatment provided… A total disgrace!!! MetPet was always there when I needed them. Right up til my Great Pyrenees passed away last week.
Compassionate, competent, excellent customer service and they understand the medical issues that dogs run into.
It will be difficult to get another dog anytime soon but if I do, I will go right back to MetPet. Five Stars! Thank you.
