This is the second and last time I will command some thing from Mediamarkt Tarragona because the delivery is not ok I received a televition with a broken display, I have placed the order on internet 5 December and we are now 27 December and I steel waiting for a solution.

Desastre absoluto. Imposible contactar. Impasible saber franja horaria de entrega. No te responden a los emails. La reclamación a consumo es absolutamente necesaria.

Compro de electrodomestico en Tien 21 online en dia 01/08/2024 que debería ser entregado entre 2 y 7 dias laborales, en su pagina web la empresa de logistica dice que se entregara el día 12 de agosto del 2024 estamos a día 23 de agosto y no paran de concertar citas cada dos días sin contar con el cliente,para la supuesta entrega, que nunca se produce.Es el 10 día de retraso y no se pueden comunicación con el cliente para decirle por qué no le están trayendo su paquete ni por qué se retrasa, ni nada de nada
No pongo un cero porque no se puede. EMPRESA SIN COMPROMISOY SIN SERIEDAD, que solo conseguirañá empañar y ensuciar vuestra imagen empresarial. TAMPOCO SE LA RECOMIENDO A NINGUN PARTICULAR

I order by teakamoon some furniture. All works well with the delivery. All information updates come directly by mail tach day. Short delivery time from France to Spain (Costa Blanca)

At the arrival day I become phonecall from the driver and some WhatsApp information what time the delivery arrive. 👍😊

This company when using the last name came an without looking increased the estimate from $3,000 to $12,000. They loaded the truck without regard to the fact that they left 18 or 24 items on the estimate. They did take 4 containers of trash.
When I asked for legally required documentation like identification they threatened my wife and drove away. The police came an they stated it was not a thief but a civil matter.
If you do business with this company you will be a victim. They prey on people who fail to understand how evil the people are. I would rather have a root canal than talk to the woman who answers the phone. She called me a thief when they were told to return my furniture. They sold my furniture for a debt to them. It is impossible to sue them because they are experts at hiding any value. I noticed they actually had a few 5-star reviews which most moving and trucking companies post praising themself.

The tracking of the package wasn't the best as I didn't know that it was coming on that day and it was estimated to come later.

Terrible company who do not listen. I have told them numerous times that my phone is not working. I have waited at home all week for my order and still no delivery only lies. They say I was absent twice! I have not left my house all week.
