Do not, I REPEAT, DO NOT order anything from this scam company as they will not refund your money if you are not happy with what your items. I am trying to return 2 dresses (medium & large) which are dreadful quality and the medium fits badly. They say that they have sent the correct order, so will not refund. The point is that if you use mail order, you have the right to get a refund as you can't try clothes on. It's not rocket science,

They are now ignoring me. Disgusting behaviour.

DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - THE SIZES ARE TERRIBLE AND WHEN YOU TRY TO RETURN ITEMS THEY WONT GIVE YOU THE RETURN ADDRESS BUT THE RETURNS POLICY CLEARLY STATES YOU CAN RETURN ITEM FOR A REFUND AS LONG AS IN SAME CONDITION AND BAG AS RECEIVED - THEY ARE NOT REPLYING TO ME NOW SO WILL TAKE THIS UP WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY FOR A REFUND

There was a misunderstanding over the size of shoes I wanted and the wrong size was delivered. Their official returns policy required customers to contact them for a returns address. Meteorwish refused to provide the return address maintaining they had supplied what was ordered. I even offered to pay the return postage and pay the postage for the correct size.

I was very sceptical about ordering as I've had nothing but bad experience from online sites and products from china, but I must say I have nothing to grumble about apart from the wait time which was approximately 3 weeks, but I was informed of the whole shipping process throughout.
The quality of the dress was better than expected, the sizing maybe alittle smaller than I expected but I haven't the energy to try returning it as this is where all my past issues lie but all in all I had a good experience with this company and I can vouch for them being genuine.
