About a month ago I purchased the blood glucose monitor kit from Metene. When I got the confirmation, it showed that they are sending me 200 test strips instead of the testing kit which I don't have. I emailed them 3 times before shipping to me with no reply. I received the strips and immediately mailed them back with explanation so that I can get a refund because I don't want deal with them any longer. Now a month after after sending back, they haven't done anything. So now I'm out about $30. I doubted if I will hear from them. In case they read this review, the order number 5394.

🚨 Buyer beware
I'm disappointed to report that I'm experiencing issues with Metene's mobile app, as it has stopped recording my blood pressure readings. Given that I specifically purchased a Bluetooth-enabled monitor with the expectation that it would automate this process, this is particularly frustrating. Despite reaching out to Metene's customer service team multiple times over the past two weeks, I have yet to receive a response, which is concerning. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would caution others against purchasing Metene products.

I needed a new thermometer so I decided to get this one and I am glad I did. It is so easy to use and seems to be very accurate. I would purchased again.
