I've never been out to the farm but have ordered online a few times. The site is easy to navigate and the sale was simple and straight forward. The communication with their customers goes above and beyond. I was kept up to date via email immediately. My inquiry via chat was quickly answered and the person I spoke with was very kind and knowledgeable. My items were mailed out quickly and I was kept up to date about my order. I am very pleased with the products and service and will definitely be ordering again. I would also highly recommend Metchosin Farm to family and friends.

I've ordered before from Metchosin farms and past experiences were great. This time I ordered seeds that have arrived and look beautiful but they took a little longer to get to me than last time. That being said, I recognize that I ordered them during a very busy time... the fall putting to rest. I will order from them again

I received my order quickly and felt I was dealing with a very nice Canadian organization.

I ordered Jerusalem Artichokes this spring. Planted them mid May. Wow, I am super impressed with the packaging, delivery and results ! I highly recommend Metchosinfarm. Thank you for doing what you do.
