Collaborator relationship was great, no major issues which could not be handled with a phone call or a chat.
Company is growing and has found its footing in its third year.
I worked for this company for almost 2 years.
In that time, I was the face and voice of the company numerous times, representing them at events, podcasts, and sometimes at my own expense, which I was not compensated for.
In August, I was notified in the evening that my contract had been terminated, effectively breaching a clause that mandated a two-week notice for any non-breach reason, but I was given vague reasons, not related to any breach of contract.
Thus began a month-long process of emails in which they did everything in their power to get me to sign a series of documents that would have undercut my deserved salary by over half, as well as denying that I had 30 days of vacation saved up.
At the end of this, I sent back all company property and sent a final invoice to get paid, due by September 20th, and three months later, I still have not been paid.
I know many former employees where were in similar situations, and I recommend no one work here or depend on them to fix any sort of monetary issues on time or with good intentions.

This clearly a scam.
There is also a investigation for tax fraud in Romania for this copmany. STAY AWAY!

Possibly a scam? deceptive either way for sure.
The app is misleading, the assets in question often aren't actually even built yet or are being built, literally just holes in the ground. The spread / cut they take is also large - better off with almost any alternative.
The reviews here are also blatantly fake and from the staff - not only are they from the same date, all five stars, but if you search multiple of their names you'll find they are part of the staff page. Really sloppy rookie stuff. They can't even show real reviews and they've been around for this long?
Other sites show a very low trust score, minimal quality backlinks, I would steer VERY clear if I was you with your money.

This app makes it simple for me to start my journey in investing in real eatate. I started with $100 and now I have invested $3000. What i like the most bout it is the fact that i get rent and bonuses every month from my investment without lifting a finger
I use MW app since last year, very user friendly, easy and safe to way to invest.
One of the best options when it comes to long term investments!
If your passion is real estate and investments, this is the easy way to make investments in few minuts and earn a passive income. It is worth to try, very easy and friendly platform
Thanks to Metawealth, it is so easy to make an investment in real estate as a retail investor. I believe, they will go more forward in future years. Keep building and growing guys
Easiest way to join the property ladder for beginners and experts.
Great idea to allow people to invest in real estate without large amounts of cash. Friends I discussed this usually ask about the returns, which I see Metawealth sending monthly notifications on for rent payments which is great. Any efforts to simplify+disrupt this complex space are needed and welcomed.
Great idea of passive income! Like this platfor!
Very interesting app and the fact that you can invest in real estate with low capital could be a game changer. I checked the team, they all have LinkedIn profiles got in touch before my first investment, seems legit, I will follow this closely.
I had been searching for good real estate investment opportunities in Berlin for a long time. However, after factoring in notary fees, loan interest, legal and broker fees, property management costs, etc., there was hardly any return left. With Metawealth, I can invest as little as $100 without needing to take out a loan, using just the capital I have. They are experts who handle the entire process, making investing truly passive! For 1 year I earned 15% from rental and capital appreciation.
Classic vs Metawealth:
- No more looking for a good opportunity
- No more time wasting for visits
- No more bad locations and zero traffic risk
- Find great opportunities internationally not only in a country
- Have the chance to get a great ROI from both Rental or Pre/Construction phase
- No more useless logistics
- No more extra tax
Had a great experience investing with metawealth. I haven't invested in real-estate before, only in stocks and it feels very easy to understand this market. What I love most is the ability to start with $100.
Good app, letting me invest in fractional realestate at a small scale, building up my portfolio in time, accumulating rent as passive income. Totally recommend
