Shilajit, capsule food suppliment. It's hard to measure the value this natural suppliment has had in my life, touching in different areas, very valuable.

I highly recommend the Olive Leaf Super Strength capsules. It’s a pure product with no fillers, additives, or preservatives. The capsules are great value for money, particularly as the capsule size is 1,000mg. Most importantly, the Olive Leaf extract contains a high level of Oleuropein, the active ingredient. Lovely dried seamoss, followed instructions which was straightforward. However seamoss is being named ‘Irish’ seamoss when it infact it originates from the Caribbean.
However the name aside. A neat little pack of semi dried seamoss. In perfect condition, made a lot of gel. although a gift, so unsure on pricing. Brilliant benefits and lots of uses, and open to all sauces, tea, coffee, milk shakes or protein shakes. High in vitamins, anti inflammatory and anti bacterial, soothing to excema sufferers.
