Honest buying experience
I love it, obviously the website is bit complex in product search and for that I have a solution, hire me in marketing department, I am a junior marketing manager and experience in SEO/SEA, knowledge of UX/UI design.
Let's get back to product buying experience, the price was good, i mean no discount but at the same price i bought this product 2 years ago, so it was good.
I will definitely consider it to buying next time.

Fake products
I ordered two multivitamin complexes and L-carnitine - ON Opti-men, ON Opti-women and BioTech. The L-Carnitine arrived with a damaged plastic measurement cap, but that's the smallest problem with the order.
After I started taking vitamins, both my girlfriend and I had experienced headaches on a daily basis.
At first I was skeptical about the cause of the headaches. But after a 2 days break headache gone and returnet in 5 hours after of taking another tablet of Opti-men.
I had several courses of Opti-men in 8 years and I'm absolutely sure the products in my order are fake.
It's my first purchase in this store and the last one.

We are very sorry that you are dissatisfied with the products you purchased. These are original products directly from the manufacturer. Such multivitamins should not be taken on an empty stomach. Zinc, for example, can make you feel very sick on an empty stomach. Please apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Does not delete personal user data. I wrote to them one year (!) ago, and they still did not delete my user account.
Update: The EU General Data Protection Regulation also applies in Germany. When a person asks to have their user account deleted - then that is not optional for Metadata to do. I know this, because I studied EU Data Protection Law at the university. Now, 4 years after my latest order, I see that my user account was STILL not deleted.
