Thank you so much to Riley from Customer Support helping me out!
The company just seems extremely sketchy and scammy. I've tried using it and multiple transactions never work. Every transaction comes up as an error code, so i would like to know how people are reviewing this company and giving it 5 stars. No matter how man different cards are tried, the same error comes up everytime. It says:
"Why did it fail?
1. The CVV or Expiry Date might be wrong.
2. The issuing bank do not honor your payment.
Your reference number is 100000002345."
It's clear this company only has their checkout to capture your card details to defraud. DO NOT USE. Can't help but think they're using fake reviews from the company themself. And for the bad reviews they claim you're not signed up to their platform. You also cannot even get through a representative via their chat because it ends a a bot saying "Please wait while I check if someone from our support team is available to assist you further." which never happens. The website also has multiple grammatical and spelling errors with makes them look even more sketchy. Please steer clear from this platform
UPDATE : Jan 27 2023
I find it VERY funny how "Harry" conveniently wrote ANOTHER review after already posting one in June 2022 thanking this "Riley" for help right after my review their bad customer service. Fake reviews from fake people. Someone how this Harry's emails are reaching their inbox and "Harry's" chat work but mine doesn't .
Update : Jan 29, 2023
In response to your dishonest reply, you are a liar and have not "reached out to me multiple times". My email works quite fine and since my email and chat initiation on November 4th , 2022 THEN AGAIN on January 16th, 2023 you have not responded nor attempted to resolve the issue with your site. I've contacted you multiple times with the same issue and the only response I've gotten ever was you asking for my client's reference number as if everyone doesn't get that same error. You website is a sham and a scam. I just hope the clients I've made use your platform with grammatical and spelling errors on every page don't become victims of fraud. Also how is the email patricia@metaprisebanking but the name on the account and every other email account from your company this mysterious Riley Ellis.
Update: February 23, 2023
Still haven't received an email or contact from them. But they found the time to flag my review trying to take it down. Sent all screenshots of my numerous attempts to chat with their fake person to Trustpilot. I refuse to allow them to defraud anyone.

My application has been under review for months and "Patricia" won't respond to my emails. There's also no customer service email to any way to get in touch with them Seems like a scam.
********EDIT******
You can see the response below. I'm waiting months on my account to be approved and they can't find it and they don't give an email or way to contact them to figure it out, just the same URL I used to sign up. Is this really the kind of customer service you want when dealing with money?
*******Edit 2******
LOL, after my last update Metaprise flagged my review as being "potentially harmful" and asked trustpilot to take it down. Metaprise, what's harmful is your terrible customer service and inability to locate accounts or communicate. I'm just reporting it and, luckily, Trustpilot can see that. But hey, I also saw the info e-mail to the right so I sent them an email from the account I used to register along with screen captures of my account that says they're verifying my data (still), and guess what? still no response! I wonder what they're doing with my information. hmmmm

I get paid in Euros but Metaprise automatically converts that to USD with the best exchange rates. Please stop using other platforms if you receive payments from outside the United States and start using Metaprise.

It’s a great platform. I own a sports company and usually get a lot of payments from Europe so I’ve been using Metaprise to receive the payments on my local currency and its really worked out for me. I highly recommend to any business owners out there who are looking to make local or international banking easier for them.
