I searched high and low for the perfect Sleep Token hoodie for the hubby for his birthday. Found it at Metalshop.

We had a random mishap with not receiving an order confirmation email, but Caroline was on top of it. She was quick to respond, super helpful, and tracked down our order to see it had already been shipped the same day we ordered. Being that we are in the US, I didn't expect it to ship out or receive it so quickly ;) we received it within the promised timeframe.

We look forward to giving them our business again.

I’ll leave it in 3 stars until someone tell me what’s happening with my 4 shirts order… 12 days and still didn’t receive anything and is hard to know about it… would like to track at least the shipping but I don’t think we can… I sent an email but nobody replied to me, thanks, just want to know!! I really want to trust guys I’ll be waiting

Anyway, Metal Shop is the only place to get it right now. At a fair price and shipped quickly. Love the branding on the package. Makes me hella giddy. Will be grabbing stuff from here again.

PS: Don’t hate on Slayer for reuniting. You know you wanna check it out.

I ordered a zip hoodie and the fabric and print were amazing. The most vibrant color I have ever seen on clothing. Highly recommend metal shop!!!

I've bought things here once before. Customer service responded in a timely manner when I needed them and my stuff got here. Did have an issue with getting my package with DHL, but I don't think the shop had anything to do with that. I like this site, I found several items in this shop that aren't being sold anywhere else.

I received an email when the boots I wanted were back in stock. I payed for them and had them in my hands 4 days later. Though shipping was expensive I am happy with the service.

I originally thought Metalshop.US was fake and was super apprehensive to purchase because the shoes were expensive and I would’ve been out a lot of money. I tried to do my best to research but there wasn’t a lot of information besides Trustpilot, which I originally thought may be fake. I did some digging and found a Facebook and TikTok account, although the TikTok account hadn’t been updated in a while, the videos seemed legit and showed the store in their pictures on the Metalshop.EU website, but the Facebook account was updated frequently. I messaged them and they had a super quick response. This reassured me a little more. I also found someone on Reddit saying they had purchased something from here and got it quickly.

I decided to take the chance, and I’m really glad I did!! I ordered some New Rocks, which would have been more expensive on the actual New Rocks website, taken several months longer (they have a custom production time, and come from Spain, so at least 2 months to even make the shoes), and are notorious for not replying to customers. The Official New Rocks Instagram comments are flooded with angry customers.

With Metalshop.US I purchased them on January 17th (Wednesday), they shipped the following Monday, and through DHL, I got them on January 24th, a week after my original purchase. I’m from the United States so I was very surprised at how accurate their shipping time on the website was and thought no way could it be real. Obviously, I was soooo wrong! They are my first New Rocks. The shoes fit great and are super cute. Thank you so much Metal Shop!!!! Cannot recommend them enough and I will be writing this review on their Facebook, Trustpilot, etc., because they're awesome. I love my shoes!!! Thank you.

Overall a good experience. Had to take away a star cause of issues when checking out. The next button was not recognizing I was clicking on it at first. Went back a couple days later and was working but when I went to check out my payment was refused for some reason. Ended up paying with Apple pay which is the same card I was initially using that my payment was refused. All little things that were more annoying than an actual problem. Good merch. Good prices. I will order more from this company in the future.
