Customer oriented and supportive but missing transparency

Customer oriented and supportive. No problem to agree on partial shipment as other products of my order were not ready to ship. However, this is also a negative point and should be improved. As there was a delay, I’ve not received any feedback/ feedback. I had to call the Metallbude team. This was not transparent.

The product is absolutely great, very good quality.
Updates about delivery time could be a point of improvement. I was asked to fill in a review before I even received the product ;-)
