These products are beautiful. So well designed, crafted, and work wonderfully sympathetically in the garden. I have bought a number of them for friends and family, and will continue to do so! Also excellent customer service, very helpful and quick to respond. Excellent product, excellent company.

Bought a metal bird for a gift. Turns out the person had one. Asked to return for a refund. Got told how to send back and paid for tracked 1st class delivery including a note in the parcel with refund request and order number. Despite having proof it arrived at their address the staff continued to claim they didnt have it and then even when they did find it claimed it had no link to my order. Then after many emails proving everything I still have no refund. Ended up doing a chargeback through my bank in order to get their money back.

Really poor experience due to a misguided promotion on their website. I expected to receive a free small Robin with a Christmas promo but didn't arrive. Messaged them and they took no responsibility. Their replies have been extremely slow and have been poor from a customer experience perspective.

Bought the bird w John oliver on his back. No John oliver received. Even tho ad with photo, and confirmation with photo showing John oliver, one must also PURCHASE John oliver in addition to bird. No return labels, no apology for false advertising. Do not buy

I'm so glad I found this company for my bird product needs. The delivery was incredibly fast, and the products were top-quality.

Item arrived in time for Xmas. No problems with the order system but the product itself is very poorly finished. You could easily cut yourself on small shards of metal. Looks as if it was completed at speed with no attention to detail - which is probably was. Disappointing.

I’m sad to come here and see so many bad reviews from people in my same situation. I ordered from Metalbird for Spain. The product could not be delivered by the post because paperwork was deficient. Metalbird only replied to one email saying that they will only return me my money when the post finds the package and gives it back to them. Their currier has no updates on the package for the last 14 days, what am I supposed to do?

I have no metal bird and I have no money. Horrible customer service. And for what I see here that applies to customers in several countries. Horrible way of treating customers.

Updated January 17 2023 - It has been over a month now, the shipment was returned to them for not having the right paperwork and they never returned my money.

Item came dirty and scratched.... pretty bad considering it was $110.

Item not arrived. No response to my emails. Bad customer service.
20th December- Item still not been delivered. Asked for refund but been told it’s out of their hands and the responsibility of the delivery company!!

As much as the product is lovely the after-sales service is shocking.

Twice I have emailed their info@ details and still to this day not received a response.

Would I use them again or recommend to a friend, most likely not.

Style, quality, delivery & service !

Very bewildered. No email confirmation. Chat link constantly lost our link. FedEx tracking # not valid. Sadly I have no idea if my order will ever arrive. I LOVE the appearance of the product yet the customer interaction chat gets a ZERO rating. I will be closely checking my MC statement. I’m sorry to be so negative…..I’m looking forward to receiving my order…..yet not comfortable with my experience. BTW a customer support phone number would be an asset to the customer support option. Good website and easy to order. I bought as a present and delighted by speed of delivery and expertly packaged. I ordered the pair of swallows which didn’t disappoint as well made and stylish. Now I want one!

Used this company many times and had excellent service and love their products. However, latest order says dispatched 28th Nov and the service either via email or chat to confirm when I will receive is appalling. This will put me off of using again.
