Very poor customer service
During the purchase I have read in a page that the delivery takes just 24 hours. After 3 days I called to understand what was going on and they explained that in other page it's written that 24 hours is just in France. I think they should precise better that 24 hours is just for france because it is difficult to understand it, but this is not a big problem, it can happen.
The real problem is that the men who spoke with over the phone was clearly unhappy of receiving that phone call and he aggressed me saying that I should read better before buying and when I said that I don't want to buy any more on their website because I felt insulted from their tone of voice he answered that they have plenty of customer and that they don't need my orders.
I think this is completely unacceptable behaviours for a customer service and if they don't want to be bothered they should not publish their telephone number on the website.
Very bad experience!
