Useless food storage bags

These silicone food storage bags are advertised as sealing tight, opening wide, keeping food fresh, suitable for hot liquids. Freezer, microwave etc

They do not seal! They do not open wide. It is very tricky and messy to put food into the bag as the opening is small. They simply do not seal. My food got freezer burn on the first day.

They are not as advertised. I believe they are a cheap copy of a more expensive brand.

I contacted customer support and got no reply.
I do not recommend this product. Mine are going in the bin.
