Unfilled order

I placed a order in September for a discovery set. The day that I was supposed to receive the item it never came. I reached out to the company and they stated that the item was out of stock and when it got back in stock that I would receive a tracking number? I waited another week and never received a tracking number. I then reached out to them and asked that I get a refund since I had not received a tracking number or my product. Well long behold no response, reached out again and still no response and still no product as of today. Very unprofessional company and I will never order from this company again. And for those that do please be aware you may not receive your product or your money back. Upset consumer!!
