Just a great fashion brand making great clothes
What an absolutely amazing business. I’ve been buying from Mertra for almost a year and they’ve never disappointed. The quality, uniqueness, and feel of the clothes is top tier. Customer service is also amazing. Had a problem with an order and they had it sorted in no time. Love the work over at Mertra, keep it up.

The customer service from Mertra is top notch. This is how a company should be operating. They don’t play around and ensure that their customers are happy and want to come back, and i certainly do. I had a problem with double purchasing and they were able to amend the issue and give me a refund within hours.
