Excellent customer service and good value

I stupidly damaged the seal or gasket on a Beko fridge freezer and searched high and wide to try and replace the part. I asked a number of retailers if they could source the part and whilst some replied they couldn't source it (beko spares haven't actually replied as yet) so I thought I would try my local retailer Merrills and they came back straight away advising that the seal/gasket wasn't available and I needed to order a complete door.

Great customer service, cheaper than Beko direct.

Special shout out to Martin at the Butt Road store who was very friendly and polite when I spoke to him and collected the item. Always worth going local!!
