Merrell, a company which cares
I bought a pair of Merrell Moab Low GTX walking shoes which unfortunately were defective. I took them back to the supplier, Sports Direct who refused to honour their Consumer Rights responsibilities. Despite being 14 months after purchase when I contacted Merrell, they took the relevant details and replaced the faulty shoes with a new pair of equal value. A stark comparison between a company which cares about its customers and its reputation and one that doesn't.
