James managed to track down my Aunt who we hadn't seen for over 40 years after me giving him very minimal information. Most people said it couldn't be done with such little info, but James somehow managed it. I am absolutely over the moon.

James helped me reunite with my sister after over 20 years, who we had lost contact with. Long story short, my sister and I both share the same dad but have different mums. When they split up, we had to part ways. James was so helpful and on the ball with everything and was empathetic towards my situation.
