Awful customer service! I bought two blouses, they didn't fit and I can't return them because the shipping, to China, costs more than the blouses. Terrible sneaky company!

Well I ordered a dress over two months ago and still haven’t received it. Forget contacting the company at provided email because you won’t get a response. The shipping tracking they provide is insane. Shows my item in my town then in another state. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. I TOOK A CHANCE AND ORDERED SOME CLOTHES FROM THEM BECAUSE I NEEDED NEW SUMMER CLOTHES AND SOME OF THE ITEMS ARE RANDOMLY WAY TOO BIG, A LITTLE TOO BIG OR TOO SMALL.. THERE IS A COUPLE ITEMS THAT DO FIT ME, BUT MOST OF THEM DON'T. THEY WILL NOT HELP ME RETURN THEM. IT'S LIKE THEY WERE TRYING TO GET MY ORDER OUT FAST SO THEY THROUGH IN ITEMS THAT ARE WHAT I ORDERED BUT NOT EVEN CLOSE TO MY SIZE. I DID LIKE A FEW THINGS, BUT MORE THEN HALF OF WHAT I ORDERED I WANT TO SEND BACK. I SENT THEM AN EMAIL TO DO A RETURN OR A REFUND AND THE PERSON WRITING ME SAID"I AM SORRY PLEASE CONSIDER GIVING THEM TO A FRIEND IT WOULD BE WAY TOO MUCH TO RETURN THEM TO US" AND THEY WONT HELP WITH THE RETURN FEE. THIS IS A FIRST I HAVE BEEN TOLD THIS BY A COMPANY!!! I SAID I STILL WANT TO RETURN THEM, WHAT IS THE SHIPPING ADDRESS.. SO I GOT THE ADDRESS AND WENT TO TRY AND SHIP THEM BACK AND I WAS QUOTED $224.00 TO SHIP BACK TO CHINA. I AM SO UPSET AT THIS !!!! =(

I wish I had looked into this company and read these reviews prior to me ordering. These reviews could have been written by me verbatim. I am a true medium and could barely get my arm in the sleeve. I asked for the procedure to return and they told me " to return is too much." What kind of reply is that?? A proper reply would have been to give me an estimated cost and let me decide if it was worth it. And why would it not be the same cost as I paid to receive it? Also had the nerve to tell me to give it to someone but still not giving an option for a return. I am not going to keep writing them to beg for a return auth. I'm happy I was smart enough to pay by amex and so I have it on dispute.

This site is awful. Clothes took a month to arrive. There was no information or receipt in the package. They say online to email customer service for a return label. They don't respond. Finally they did after 4 emails. They said it was too expensive to return. they would give me a discount a new order. THIS IS A SCAM!

Horrible quality. Cheap material. Looks nothing like the picture. Took over 3 months to arrive for a dress that’s literally not worth $5 for and I was charged $35

Don't order from this company! The quality is terrible and the clothes do not fit. Shoddy workmanship and they told me to give it away and they would give me a BIG discount on my next order. They told me it was too expensive to send back.

Be careful this company is in China! This company doesn’t have any return policy! My order for 3 items @ $85.12 was placed on June 5, 2020, not shipped until June 24, 2020 and finally arrived on July 10, 2020. None of the items fit the sizing promised, they’re all too small and too short. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! However, they’re telling me to just give the items to a friend, in other words this way they can keep my money and I get to keep items I cannot use! Complete fraud! I don’t know where to report this or how such a company is allowed to do business within the USA ?

Horrible experience. Do not buy anything from this company. The clothes are very poor quality and cheaply made from China. I payed $15 to expedite my order and it took over a month to get here. I tried to make a return and they took over two weeks to get back to me and said it’s too expensive to ship and to just keep items and they would give me a discount on next order.

Worst site ever order 3 things got 6 nothing that i ordered ....of course wont answer an email not but did before i recieved items ao thank you chop shop china for stealing from me ..contacting a lawyer see how they like that ...false representation of products ...3 months to receive the crap and no possible way to return...horrible horrible site

Lousy quality! Overpriced! A joke

All of the dresses I ordered were described as cotton fabric on the website. They are all polyester which I can't wear and is beyond gross!!!!! I also paid for $18.00 expedited shipping. The order was placed on 6/19 and was supposed to arrive in 2-4 working days. I have tried responding to the company to ask for a refund; however, all email responses are in Chinese which I cannot speak or read. I aslo saw the ad on Instagram. I'm totally bummed but learned a lesson I guess. I wish Intragram would screen these scammers.

The company is a fraud. The clothes were terrible quality and when I emailed customer service for a refund pursuant to their return policy I was told a return would be too expensive and I should give the clothes away. No address was provide to make the return. Wish I had looked at all the other awful reviews before purchasing. When I made a comment on instagram regarding my complaints I was blocked by the company within an hour. I posted a negative reviews on the items I purchased and they were never uploaded to the website.

Awful quality and took forever to receive. When I asked for ad address to return, they said it was too far to ship ( I assume China) and that they would give me a discount on my NEXT order! A total rip off and the pictures looked cute but terrible quality.

No one has responded to ANY of my emails re:a Return!! It's a SCAM!!!!

I am furious!! I ordered 30 days ago and still haven’t received my order. Live and learn. I suspect when I do receive it that it will be poor quality and a return won’t be worth the expense. ughhh!! And their customer service doesn’t respond either!!

I wrote a less than favorable review the earlier part of June 2020 because I did not receive my order that was placed in April. Shortly after that, a received a blouse that I did not order. I guess it was their way of appeasing me. It was of very poor quality, and the design was totally different from what I ordered. A TOTAL RIP OFF!!! BEWARE OF THIS SITE FOR IT IS A SCAM!!!!

Don't buy from here!!! Not only you will not receive what you think (materials, sizes), but also when you try to return it, will receive an email in Chinese. Still didn't find the way to return these bad quality products.

Yes, sadly this business is a scam. I tried canceling my order after reading the reviews. Wasn't able to, but never received it anyway. When I would email the company I would just get a response written in Chinese. The tracking is bogus too. I'd love to know where to get the clothing pictured on their site though, very cute. Luckily American Express backed me up and credited my account.

I’ll give 2 stars because I ordered 2 items and I kept one. The shirt, which was cheap material, I kept because it was still cute. The dress was too small so I emailed to return it. The email I received was we don’t recommend returning it because you have to mail it to China and it will cost you around $40 (more than the cost of the dress). They recommended I give it away. I understand sometimes it doesn’t make sense to return items when it costs more for the shipping. Prior to purchasing I reviewed their return policy to make sure I could return it if it didn’t fit. It is completely misleading on how easy it would be to return and no mention of returns going to China which would cost more than the item purchased.
