I have a 18 ram 2500 with alpine factory system. I've been in contact and what they suggested to do made the issues worse. I actually found certain settings that actually work after several hours of trying on my own. My truck originally came with uc4, I upgraded to uc 5 and have 2 12 subs running on a crossover designed to work with vehicles with factory subs to allow for an independent amp to power the aftermarket subs. With their supposed tech support, laughable at best. After their little scheduled video call, I know things will still not work and been demanding a refund. The concept is nice but when it comes to real world practicality, don't bother, don't waste the time.

I’ve experienced such horrible service from this company. The screen didn’t work as intended / advertised. It’s been a nightmare to get my replacement screen. Which I still do not have & no precise date on when I’ll ever receive it. The communication is trash and no one follows through when you call for assistance. Just more run around & another unprofessional unhelpful person with an attitude.
