Bei mir genau das gleiche wie bei dem Kollegen unter mir. Erstmal alle Artikel in der falschen Größe erhalten (hat aber dennoch gepasst), ein Artikel fehlte aber.
Nach viel hin und her wurde mir dann ein ganz falscher Artikel zugeschickt.
Nach weiteren E-Mails hieß es, behalte den Artikel wir schicken dir den neuen.
1 Monat später, nichts bekommen; selbst nach anwaltlichen Drohung keine Reaktion.
Dieses Unternehmen ist nicht mehr tragbar
Falschen Artikel bekommen und dann wurde mir gesagt, ich kann den behalten und bekomm den richtigen umsonst. Nach einem Monat immer noch nicht da. Sie melden sich auch nicht mehr. Frechheit.
Angefangen bei der Lieferzeit (12 Tage, statt den angegebenen 5) bis zum Kundenservice ist wirklich alles schlecht an diesem Unternehmen.
Die Qualität ist die reinste Katastrophe, das habe ich auf dem schlechtesten Basar so noch nicht gesehen.
Die Nähte waren schief und lösten sich bereits, der Stoff war billig und die gesamte Verarbeitung unterirdisch.
Die wirklich ansprechenden Produktbilder auf der Website täuschen.
Bestellt dort nicht, hätte es auf Trustpilot bereits eine Bewertung gegeben, hätte ich das wohl auch nicht getan und mir die 10€ Rücksendekosten gespart.
