Representative was clear and quick. Did not have to be on phone for so long. Also policy was active immediately. Did not have to wait any days for policy to start. Price was also fair and had opportunity to lower my monthly payment.

Had a really hard time......called all the phone numbers NO ONE ANSWERED!!...tryed to go on line...got stuck at members of household....would NOT GO through!!!!

Knowledgeable and Responsive Sales Rep
