your website is difficult to navigate

your website is difficult to navigate. after i purchased card the website did not present information as to who was receving this card. your website did show the name of Miguel but no address or any other information.
the first order i placed with merco your website was very good and gave me much information now your website is terrible.
please do an experiment yourself and try to make a card purchase and you will see how incomplete your website is
