Neat api
We are using their RTB API, really like it. Documentation is very clear and lots of examples. It took only a few days to integrate and now we are buying ads all over the world. It has saved a lot of time.

Superb results, works well
We started using Merchenta about 18 months ago. The platform has lots of inventory available. Best is the optimisation facility - best results of the tools we tried. Cost per click tuning was better than Google Display Network and more premium sites & apps. We have started using cost per install optimisation and seeing good results on IOS and Android. Media costs are reasonable and media buys are fully transparent. The support is helpful, too.

Lots of features, good optimization, media good prices
We have used merchenta DSP for the past year. It's got lots of targeting features compared to other platforms we looked at (eg carrier targeting, cross-device retargeting rules, radius targeting). Reach is good in most geos - ability to select traffic by exchange (there are about 25) is good as it can lead to lower eCPM for popular sites & apps. CPC and CTR optimizers automate a lot of the day-2-day work for AdOps. Support team only work European hours, but very helpful and quick to provide answers. We often got answers outside working hours within minutes of a question. Pricing is transparent (cheaper than Google Appnexus) and they have an api, which we haven't used yet.

Great promises, even greater disappointment
My company was using their "Self-service DSP" offering and it turned out they are adding some "hidden" (undocumented) charges, on top of their official margin. I lost thousands of dollars this way and will go with this to the court.
