Great customer service and quality merchandise

Out of all the companies I found to make custom merchandise, Merchconnect is the best in value, quality, and customer service. I love my shirts and I highly recommend this company to anyone!

Ordered a bunch as parting gifts for my daughters Sweet 16 for her guests. Sent them a logo we came up with. The T shirts came out so nice and exactly how I asked . Their customer services is very prompt and professional with no problem with questions or concerns. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

The attention to detail is always great, the quality is top notch, the Customer Service is incomparable, and the selection choices are vast !! They came through again with a great result !!

When I received the proof, i was concerned but when the polo shirts came in, they looked amazing with the business logo i uploaded.

Very nice quality, my logo looks GREAT on the polo shirts.
I ordered 2X and 3X shirts as i wasn't sure about the sizing - the 3X worked out ok.
Definitely recommended!

Thie entire process start to finish was very efficient. The quality of the shirts is great and the embroidery was exactly what I asked for. Having the opportunity to look at a preview prior to completion eliminates any potential issues.

Ordered 6 Polos from Merchconnect.com and it was easy to place the order and the order came in a timely fashion. Received the order and I am very pleased with the outcome. The logo looks great abd the polos are good quality.

I examined a number of companies offering custom merchandise before engaging with Merchconnect. My up front research was basically reviewing websites. I settled on Merchconnect because I found their site to be informative and easy to use while still providing product variety and options I liked.
I placed my first order and that is when I knew I had picked the right company to do business with. Shortly after I ordered, I was receiving updates and confirmations which gave me confidence in my purchase. The shirts I ordered were excellent! I then received a number of follow up emails asking if I was satisfied and if I needed anything. These were not typical sales or customer service emails - they were genuine, they were written by a person not by a bot, they expressed a true feeling that Merchconnect enjoyed processing my order.
It took me longer than expected to get to the point of ordering again. But, I knew I would return to Merchconnect for that next round. I am actually wearing one of the shirts I purchased while writing this review. It has been a great experience.
