Lack of merchcare
I ordered 2 vinyls which both arrived with damage to the sleeves. After getting in touch with merchcare I was told that the only way to have the vinyls replaced was if I was to cover the cost of shipping the damaged vinyls back which would come at a significant expense to me as I would need to ship overseas.
They did offer a 20% refund on the vinyls but this isn't of much interest to me as I am stillleft with two damaged vinyls. Very frustrating experience, would not recommend.
