Extreme unfriendly support and…
Extreme unfriendly support and expensive shipping cost. They told me thats the normal price.i check another denmark shop and the shipping cost are much cheaper? The shop told me I will get my refund the next 30 days. Absolut no customer behauvier.

You place an order for vinyl record at price 250 kr
You live in Germany so the cost of shipping is 150 kr
that comes to the amount of 400kr which you paid!
Then you send a rude email to a customer service asking why the fuck it cost 150.kr for shipping
We explain to you that Gls ( The shipping company) charges us 150.kr for shipping to Germany! Then you tell customer service that they are idiots, and you just ordered a record from the US and that was cheaper!
Then we tell you that’s good for you
but there’s nothing we can do about this in this matter ,then you complain about the price of the record. Then we tell you that is not Merchandise.dk that’s decides how much a record should cost. That’s the record company/in this case the band!
Then you start sending screenshots off what other companies charge for Shipping! They might be big companies who has a better price on shipping because the ship more stuff. ( Good for then)
After you being rude to my staff , I try to explain you that we do not set the prices for shipping ore the album,
but after 15+ Emails I lost my patience and told you we will refund your money inside 30 days depending on which credit card/ which bank you use. And you will no longer be able to purchase anything on our website, after making threats to my staff, to the company and to me.
