Do not use this company
Do not use this company. I don't usually buy online for these reasons but this time I did my due diligence making sure it was an Aus company and that the goods were coming from Aus. Quality is terrible and sizing way off. When I tried to return for a refund they told me I had to send the item back to their warehouse in China which would cost more than I paid for the item. Told me that their website clearly states this which it does not and when I questioned it suddenly all the links to their Returns Policy and the Mercer Melbourne website are not working.
Their emails are all written by a Bot - this company is a complete scam.

I've checked our records thoroughly and can't find an order, return request, or email exchange under your name on our side. Could you double-check that the company you've ordered from is in fact Mercer Melbourne? There are a few brands with overlapping names in the Australian fashion space.

Mercer Melbourne is a scam clothing retailer
Do not buy from this company. This is another Facebook Scam business. The clothing product you receive looks nothing like the pictures and is really poor quality. They (Sophie) apologise and offer you a full refund but only upon you returning the goods at your own expense. Don't waste your time sending it back in the hope of getting a refund. Update: Despite their claims, I was only offered full refund upon return at my own expense. I would think they are in breach of Australian Consumer law misrepresenting the items they are selling. If I could post the photos I would.

We don't quietly steer customers toward a return route and leave them stuck.
