Ordered a tracksuit over a month ago, received a tracking number saying delivery in the next 2-3 days 2 weeks ago! Customer service is awful.

APPALLING COMPANY
Advert before Christmas via Ma Boutique for cloud slippers (buy one get one free). Purchased and arrived safely. Month later they started to come apart via the stitching and sole. Reported the issue - took ages to reply (not their 24 hour response stated on their website). They eventually sent me an email accepting my return on the item but I had to pay the postage and I had to agree to this before they would let me know the address to send it too!!! I declined this as I said the item was faulty and I shouldn’t have to pay the postage and also quoted the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Since that last email a month ago they have refused to reply and I am currently going through my credit card for a refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR MA BOUTIQUE - the reviews on their website are fake.

Disgusting 2 months later still no slippers. Agreed 50% refund upon delivery but when they finally arrived the company stop responding. Do not buy from this company they are thrives and a disgrace!
