Beware if your machine develops any faults..
Bought a machine in 2025. Within 2 months, the bean hopper developed a fault where it would not stay in place, and machine would stop. Replaced.. OK. Now, a few months later, the steam wand boiler has developed a leak at the top which activates the electronic switch, making it impossible to turn off. Machine unusable. Under UK law I have the right to reject further repairs. Meraki refuse to replace the machine and have been arguing about it, despite me sending them photos and videos of the fault. I'm now seeking a charge back from my credit card. Beware! Utterly contemptible service.
