Amazing professional service
Amazing, professional job by Mera Boiler. The engineers Raman and Raja were very pleasant, professional and did an excellent job with the new boiler installation (including the clean up at the end). Amit from the sales and customer service was also very helpful from initial enquiry, boiler selection to arranging urgent installation. Highly recommended

Appalling, don’t use this firm...
I paid £3,350 for a new boiler. Mera boiler left it so it won’t turn off. Now they want another £400 plus vat so I can switch it on and off using the controls! They won’t fix it unless I pay upfront, of course. I will have to pay someone else to do the job and sue them for the cost plus expenses.

We had Our 3rd annual service done in October 2020 the engineer did not clean the filter and left ..when I call the Customer service they are not Very helpful. I need my boiler to be service and run smooth. Still waiting to get it done ..unprofessional..regret

However, i would like to point out that your filter was not cleaned when we attended your property for annual service because you have lost the key. All filters have different keys and it is the responsibility of the customer to keep their key safe so that we are able to clean the filter when attending to perform the annual service each year. Therefore once you have located your lost key we are more than happy to return to complete your annual service.

Another job well done
This was the 5th boiler this company has fitted for me. It is now my only place of choice when I need a new boiler in any of the properties I manage. The new boiler was fitted as promised on time. Excellent neat job.

Excellent Service
Customer service is very good and they are very attentive, quick to answer calls and they answer all queries to help in the best way possible. Our boiler was fitted 2 days after being given a quote and they did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend Mera boiler!

Job was done on time as we needed and it was all done by professional team. Fantastic service by Mera boilers. I can definitely recommend for a new boiler and central heating system. We have opted for a Vaillant boiler with 10 yrs extended guarantee. The job was persanally supervised by owner Mr Gurpreet Singh.

Do not use this company they are useless, they do not follow the rules and regulations. They are quick to take the money and do not come when they are called. They target vulnerable people and are fraudsters.
( do not go with these you will regret it mark my word)
Waste of time and money, poor service, incorrect advice given to cover there incompetence of work. Faulty parts put in when you are purchasing a new boiler! HOW DOES THAT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AVOID
Contacted them to provide me 2 quotes( gas heating and a separate one for electric heating). Provided me only for gas and then after contacting them still no response. Left it for a couple for month and because of all good reviews assumed it is a misunderstanding. Was visited by engineer 7 days ago, called just to see how long will it take to get a new quote.
Reply we will not give you as we do not do electric heating. Again informed them that we discussed 2 options. Reply we will not be able to give you a quote till you have a gas meter installed and that they do not need to reply at all as i lost a week waiting for their quote. On question, when did you plan to inform me about all this no answer. AVOID THEM
