DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I placed an order from this company and never received the item. Three emails to their customer support were not responded to. After 16 days I contacted my credit card company because the charge had appeared on my statement under a company called "Frame Verse Canvas Hub". My credit card company has no record of dealings with that company and did say they have had complaints before about Merabi Sisterhood. The charge has been removed.

Don’t Order from this Scam Site

Before I ordered from this website I did a website check for it. It passed the check so I ordered two things. A few days later I received a notification from my bank that someone tried to purchase a few hundred dollars worth of artwork from some gallery. I had that payment stopped, so I’m getting a new card. What I should have done beforehand was to check the age of the website because it is relatively new, which is usually a red alert.

SCAM

Ordered a highchair in June and I have not received it yet. I reached out by email to what was supposed to be their customer service and I never received a response from them. They were quick to take my money though.
