PHONY WEBSITE DO NOT ORDER FROM MEOWAISH.COM . I spent $40 on bathing suit I never received. It's now been over 3 months and still nothing received or resolved. I've contacted support team multiple times and they did nothing to help me find my package . You can only contact through email. All I got was repeated emails saying that "my Package was on its way " . Nope. Never came. I hope you guys needed that $40. VERY UPSET WITH THIS COMPANY. And the worst part is I'm out a very cute bathing suit I ordered and $40 of my money. Thanks for NOTHING.

Got wrong size and very cheaply made product. The blanket is super thin and NOT queen sized as promised. No return instructions.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I ordered a black cat backpack for my daughter. They sent a different product. I contacted them and told them I did not get what I had ordered. They wanted me to pay out of my own pocket to ship the wrong product back to receive the product I actually ordered. Completely ridiculous. I am not paying for their negligence and error.

I ordered a XL (US M) T-shirt per the sizing on their website (no other sizing offered). The T-shirt I receive is a US XL. The company refuses to process the return although their sizing is incorrect and they have this statement in their website “ If you don't have a positive experience for ANY reason, we will do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Buying items online can be a daunting task, so we want you to realize that there is absolute ZERO risk in buying something and trying it out. If you don't like it, no hard feelings we'll make it right.”
All they offer to make things right is a 10% off on the next purchase.

Horrible company. They refuse to give me a refund because they say I returned my purchase to the wrong place. It should have went to China but it went to Texas instead. I got the return information from the website and sent it to that address. So now I don’t have the shirts I ordered or my money! Horrible experience! I wish I could give no stars, they don’t deserve even one!

I’m dealing with the same issues as others. Scam company is terrible!! Don’t order!!

Total scam company. Product never arrived, when I complained they offered a credit note, I refused and asked for a refund. Ignored all emails sent after.
Don't trust this criminals.

Not interested in customer service - i got my cat earrings but not all of them, a piece missing. Rather than mail me the missing part they refused and tried to insist on store credit. I paid through Paypal so i thought I was covered but Paypal insisted i paid for return shipping for the item which when checking postage costs made it pointless to get refunded.
Avoid purchasing from AishLLC who were the holding company.

I'm joining the ranks of reviewers who ordered and paid for merchandise that never arrived. Shame on me for not looking for reviews; ordered based on a facebook ad. Six weeks and counting...

Trash items drop-shipped from China.... Which wouldn't be terrible if the products actually looked like the marketing photo. I gambled buying a pair of cut little cat earrings for my gf. The item took WEEKS to arrive and when it did, the item was absolute trash. Elementary school kids could have made better looking jewelry. And even worse - the 2 earrings didn't even look the same! The style was completely different and ugly to boot. Absolute waste of money. Don't think you'll get a refund or exchange.

I never received my order I placed in October 2019. They offered me store credit. After I explained them that was no solution they started ignoring me.

Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased an item from this company in Nov 2019. Still not arrived in March following emails being sent suggesting I remain patient.
They offered store credit only after admitting the item has been lost in transit.
Thankfully resolved issue through PayPal and received refund.

Same cat earrings and "silver" ring cost there under 1 dollar!

They're NOT 4 childhood friends who love cats, they're NOT from Texas, website is full of grammatical errors, items are NOT of the highest quality, NOT hand made, they do NOT work directly with the manufacturers, reviews on meowaish.com are completely fake and they do NOT want to give you your money back.

Do not believe those 2 fake reviews with 5 stars below my review (Paul and Amando) saying how rings and earrings are as advertised and amazing. They're not! They're the worst kind of quality you can imagine. The ring that's advertised as made of real silver is made of lowest grade plastic with black areas peeling off, something you wouldn't want to give to your worst enemy.

They advertise they'll give money back no questions ask - not true! It took 2.5 months for it to arrive, for almost 2 months tracking number was saying the package is at some Chinese airport, not moving. In the meantime I was writing numerous emails saying I'm canceling order and want my money back. They said it's not possible for them to return money, but can give me 50% off for my next purchase (after weeks of ignoring my emails)
Luckily, I've paid via PayPal so I've escalated it there and finally after 2 months got my money back. If you didn't pay via PayPal, I think you're out of luck.
2 weeks after money back, package arrived with the worst items I've ever bought in my whole life.

How this person/people are not arrested and in jail for fraud and false advertising, is beyond me.

I never received the order, tracking number provided says the package never left Shanghai. Customer service responded on first email asking for patience and refuse to refund my money, no further responses on my refund demands, and they blocked me on their Facebook page so I can't message or comment. I've never experienced anything like this from any online store in my life.

I've tried writing a critical review twice now on their site, but they remained unseen.
I bought the hoodie which is basically a really thin t-shirt with a hood.
I ordered XXL this time as the last time I bought from them it was a bit small.
What I received was an item that comes down to me knees but the sleeves don't reach my wrists.

I was quite concerned when I saw the reviews here. I didn't buy sized items of clothing. Earrings and ring were as advertised, arrived in under three weeks well packaged. Tracking numbers were genuine, I have no complaints. Sorry for those who report bad experiences. I can only say as I have found. Perhaps feedback was taken on board...Always covered with a credit card via Paypal. As for those who have said I am a fake reviewer, I have read their remarks. I had no problems and am going to review as I find.

Did not receive my order from Meiowaish! They refused to refund my money. Gave me a code to order a replacement, but expected me to pay delivery costs, without knowing if I would receive the replacement.

The title speaks for itself. I ordered a pair of cat earrings and so many things about it is far from what is advertised. First and foremost, the earrings can't even be worn. That's because the body of the earrings doesn't even have a cap to secure the cat head stud pin to the body. What is on the body is simply an open loop which will fall right off the pin! How is anyone supposed to wear this? Second, the quality and make of the earrings is really bad and nothing like what you see on their website and advertisements. The eyes are not a full round, the body doesn't have the textures as shown and the tail is thin and tapers off to a point instead of the thick tail you see in the adverts. I have just written to meowaish about this matter and judging from the reviews I've seen here, I'm not hopeful they'll address all the problems with what I've received. Purchase at your own risk.

I live in Germany. The Earrings are AWESOME and the Ring is the right size. The shipping took about 2-3 Weeks. I love it.
I guess that they hae changed something in their marketing because I was a little scared when i read all the reviews after buying it
