the pictures, i loved that on instagram there are alot of photos of the jackets on different kind of people so you know how it looks in real life .. amazing

The jacket is good but I ordered the jacket first in a size too big. I returned It and I had to pay €40.

The coat is great quality and the style is very flattering. The order was also processed really fast.

I feel that the photo was a misrepresentation of the coat. The sleeves were hidden in the photos to not show how wide they were. Otherwise the coat is really nice, and I wish I had gotten it in a smaller size.

Great Quality and stylish pieces

I bought a jacket that was too big. Ordered a new one in the right size, but the discount code was of course already used from the first purchase.

Wrote to the customer support team and “Emine” got me a new discount code.

Description is so accurate. Jacket is perfectly oversized so you can layer underneath. The sleeve cuffs are wide enough for big jumpers.

I have never received such a bad customer service in my life. I ordered from Meotines’ online store a jacket that was way too large for me. I would have exchanged it for a smaller one, but the price of the jacket had increased by 50%. I decided to return the jacket, but I couldn’t register the item in the return portal, so couldn’t get a return label. I got a response from a customer service that I can’t return the item because I didn’t do it during 14 days (which wasn’t true).

I complained about it a several times and asked them to send me s return label. I never received it and did not dare to send the jacket back. It seems that the return of the products has been deliberately made impossible. I will never order anything from Meotine again and will continue to complain. I can't understand how any company can afford to treat its customers like this. Completely absurd!

Very bad experience. I ordered a jacket of 400 euros. Impossible to get a return label or proper reply from the customer service.
Don’t order from them check the reviews and you will see that this is a scam!

Quality products, fast delivery and super customer service

Bought the Sonja jacket as looked like it was exactly what I was looking for. It was a great price but I did struggle with what sizing to get (there is nothing re sizing on the website). I am usually a Large and thought not much more on how different it could be. I got my jacket today, so around a week later and man was i disappointed. It literally is a different colour from the website. I ordered the jacket in dark green which on the website looks like a khaki earthy tone of green and what I got was jewel toned green, not even remotely the same. In terms of sizing, I may as well have bought a double duvet. I know it is an oversized jacket but this was an oversized x4 jacket.

So after this severe disappointment I began to think about the returns - I only have one week to ship the item back to Denmark at my own cost. Alarm bells start ringing now, because this is the definition of clothing scam - item is completely different all with no hope ever getting your money back.

Think there is a reason that Meotine makes you pay to ship the items back because they cash in whether you like it or not.

You have to pay 40 dollars to return the items and there are no description on any of the measurements of the clothes. They also put up scam sales on there webbsite. I was looking at a jacket that they later "put on sale", but they hade rasied the price of the jacket the same day they started there sale and then sold it att just a couple dollors cheaper then the orginial price they hade before they rasied the price. Not a serious company.

The shipping was very fast and the quality is amazing.

I've returned the order (on my costs) to the address stated on their website. Apparently, they didn't pick the order up and now it's going to be returned to me.
What kind of joke is this?

Extremely bad customer service. I’ve send my package to the right return adress (mentioned on their website) but somehow it got delivered at a pick-up point. They are not helpful at all and as I live outside Denmark I can’t pick it up myself. They’re not helping to find a solution.. it’s a package with total worth of €550,- and I don’t know how to get it back.

I bought a jacket from there, which I decided to return out as I was not aware duties were not included in the price. I have sent three emails to their customer service to ask how to proceed to be reimbursed (for a jacket I paid over £300). They claim to provide an answer within 1 to 2 business days; I have received NO answer to any of my emails. In addition, I have not been able to find a number to contact them. This is the worst customer service I have come across. This is truly unacceptable. I don't think I will ever receive a reimbursement from them as they don't even care to reply to an email; this feels like I've been ripped off.

Worst experience ever!!!
Three weeks, no delivery, no customer service return email or chat. What a joke!
