I bought a table that arrived Brocken, after various emails Menzzo agreed to take the table back and refund me the money almost a year later I am still fighting to get my money back. Please do not trust this company, save yourself the time and money!

Unacceptable customer service
Unacceptable customer service. I still have been waiting for the delivery of my ordered shipment, with a week delay so far.
Today, I was supposed to have my order delivered and had been waiting at my place for a time period of 4 hours, and my shipment didn’t arrive.
The courier company didn’t even call me at the given number or through an email to update me on the status of my delivery.
I am still waiting. I was surprised from your company that you asked me for my feedback on your provided services when I am still waiting to collect my ordered item.
As I said , your provided services are unacceptable. As a customer I don’t care to whom you have assigned the delivery, as I placed my order to your company and so far I have proceed with the payment of all the installments.

Terrible quality and quality control, received the order (iron table, seriously?) damaged and no refund given, they solve the issue by offering vouchers, Ridiculous!

a year long production and delivery wait
I made an order since January with a confirmed delivery date of 12 weeks, which I was ok with. But the 12 weeks ended with me finally receiving my order in November. Initially I had to reach out requesting a status update, as no update came from the seller. When they finally responded they said to either cancel the order or just wait. But the wait kept extending adding an additional month. Almost a year passed. Now I finally have the dinner table I've ordered. I think I am happy with it, but I will never shop here again.

Waited 9 months on a 2 week delivery, product damaged beyond use
Ordered a coffeetable, delivery time would be about 2 weeks. After 9 months the table arrived....Every month a checked the delivery date (Menzzo does not inform you when delivery is again delayed, never) to conclude they have postponed it again for a month. 9 months!!!
Received the coffeetable. Quality is very very bad. Nails stikking out, several dents and large scratches, holes in the tabletop, paintjob would have been better if my 2 year old son would have done it. After 2 months of email contact they finally send someone to pick up the coffeetable to return it.
Now, 2 months later, still no money back. Have to email them to get an update.
Worst company I've dealt with in the last 20 years. Absolut no go for any future orders, will never ever shop at them again.
Order not sent and no refund after cancelling the order!!!
Ordered an armchair, which had a leadtime of 13 weeks. After 20 weeks it was still not delivered, so I canceled the order. 6 weeks after canceling the order, there is still no refund done.
I'm starting with the legal process, but wanted to inform others to stay away from this website.
