Dear Admin ,
Dear Admin ,
Good day ,
I joined Mentor corp. or other name is Intertrade-fx , about 2 years ago , I made a golden account , and just before I withdraw profits , they say the account had collapsed ! then change my agent with a senior one , asked to pay more money to open a protected account for 1 year , again before me withdrawal , they said account collapsed for more than 3 times , but they can reopen it if I pay more money and the company provide 400 % shares , then after 3 months and before my withdrawal , the agent told me that the 400% is illegal and the company withdraw its share , and the account collapsed again .
Is this sort of deals are legal and what can I do to regain my money and make complaint against this company
Thank you very much .

Steer clear of these people
Steer clear of these people, they will steal every cent you invest with them. They are scammers and unlicensed to handle any money you keep with them. Unfortunately for me, i didn't know this when i started trading on their platform. I invested a total of 3800 euros with them, which they refused to release when it was time for me to withdraw my earnings. Rather, i was asked to pay charges and tax fees that weren't discussed before i made the initial payment.
Even after paying the extra fees they asked for, i still couldn't remove my money from their system. I called their customer support continuously with no feedback from any of the agents. I later reported them to the FCA after weeks of zerp response from the platform. I learnt in the official report provided by FCA from the investigation about their dubious nature. At this point, i had given up all hope on regaining my money back.
I later came across Action Fraud and BermudaFinance,,,,,,,security,,,,,cÒÒÒÒm in a blogpost. The latter assisted me in getting most of my money back to my hands. I was very lucky where others weren't as much. Be careful and don't trust your money in their hands or you will lose it.
This entire company is a LIE
This entire company is a LIE, and I have been scammed of hundreds of thousands dollars of my hard earned money!!! Do NOT trust them with your money, you will NEVER get it back!!!
PLEASE STAY CLEAR FROM THESE SCAMMERS
UPDATE,
1 hour after i published my last review, Samer emailed my saying he did't notice that i have sent him emails because he was on holiday and the emails went straight to his junk!! (since last time he called and promised i will get the money back ,i called him so many times and email, he never answered)
he asked me to delete my review so i can get my money back! (all evidence are available).
of course i did't get money until now.
this company has really reached the highest level of fraud so please any one got frauded by them please leave your experience with them here so we can save others.
IT'S POSSIBLE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK... THANK YOU BARCLAYS 😊
This is an update of my review that i did in April and i still maintain that the public should stay clear from these Wolves Who have covered themselves with Sheepskins.
Two weeks ago, i decided to contact Barclays about how i was scammed by Fentor FX because i was fuming for the fact that, they had the audacity and nerves to tell Trustpilot that my statements were defamatory of which Trustpilot took my review off their site temporarily to investigate.
That very same day that i reported them to my bank, i noticed that the total amount that i transferred to MentorFX for as deposit and trading was back in my accounts after Barclays raised a dispute in my behalf.
Just last week, lo and behold i saw an unknown number calling and i was hesitant to pick up as always when i don't know the number or it says Potential Fraud but i decided to pick up and guess who... one Nick Torrez who introduced himself and his reasons for calling me.
In a nutshell, he apologised for how i was treated and going on and on about how Benjamin and Frank didn't actually knew what they were doing so he was begging me to give him a chance and trust him as i trusted Frank for him to proof that Mentorfx are the best when it comes to trading but first of all; i should contact my Bank to cancel the charge back then we can start trading again.
Oh how i wish i can upload some evidences here for the number of times he called me last two weeks and even last week. He said €500 had been deposited in my accounts on their trading platform to show how sorry they are for everything and the money was also for me to start trading again with them plus he sent a screenshot from the platform to show me that the balance for me to start trading again is actually there but he kept hammering that i should cancel the charge back with my bank.
He sent an email last week that am "UNREACHABLE " after uncountable calls trying everything humanly possible to cancel the charge back and to also start trading with the €500 capital they gave me. His last call was on last week Friday whiles i was at work... i made my male colleague spoke to him pretending he was my husband and the fact that he should desist from calling me; i was in stitches.
EVERYBODY SHOULD STAY CLEAR FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!
LEARN FROM ME AND OTHERS WHO HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY THEM.

Silencing Reviews? Telling people to invest in CRUDE OIL since 2019..
This company will be in a lot of trouble extremely soon. I just feel bad for the "Traders" at the bottoms of the period.
Avoid this company at all costs!!!
This company is not FCA regulated and they are an offshore company based in St Vincent and the Grenadines. Which means that if you have a problem you have little chance of getting your money back. The U.K address they purportedly have may even be a forwarding address will have to investigate this. My friend was ripped off to the tune of £5k and they have refused to give her any money and are refusing to answer the phones. This company is a rogue/scam company setup for the sole purpose of defrauding people. Trustpilot please conduct some due diligence onn the cowboy outfits as so many people have lost money and don't know where to turn to
MentorFX is yet to prove it self…
*Note added 29th April 2020. In checking in I see that MentorFX has flagged my review. I'd love to know on what basis. I'm a genuine reviewer and my review is my experience and my recommendation to anyone considering MentorFX. As I say below - MentorFX could prove itself by giving us our money back, but as soon they know they won't get any more out us and that we know they're not the real deal they go dark. They say the right things, appear professional and make promises but fail to live up to any of it. As soon as a negative review is posted they will claim a breach of review guidelines.
TO MENTORFX and anyone reading this from the 'company' - contact account holder 11244 and make good, then we will write a more favourable review.
MentorFX is yet to prove it self anything other than a scam. I have given them the opportunity to do so after we requested our profits (even just the money we initially 'invested') to be returned to us however this has not happened. This is after many emails and phone conversations requesting it.
I can prove all my claims as I have screen shots and notes taken from the phone calls. Who I dealt with, what they said, what they promised, how they lied and how they manipulated the trades and 'profits' in the 'trading platform'.
Do not deal with this company. Hopefully you are reading this before you get ripped off. ANY money you send to this 'company' disappears from your reach.
Any profit you think you have made is a lie and they can take it away from you quicker than you can 'make it'.
A genuine trading platform and or broker will follow the client's requests including ANY and ALL requests for the transfer of funds from an account or to close that account. Mentor FX will not do that. They will have you up and running in moments with a credit card and few details. Try and close your account or request funds and you will hit a brick wall. Suddenly they want you to prove your ID and want documents from you. DO NOT SEND ANYTHING. If you do, remove any and all key details. But it will do no good - you still won't get your money.
Cut your losses, spread the word. Avoid MentorFX like COVID-19.
Don't believe these guys
James Carter sent an email claiming I have an account, then they called me up from a masked local number, and said the same thing.
I have never created an account with them.
No investor in the real world will call you up and push you to invest money.
Be careful. These scammers are aggressive and have no moral.
It's a scam. Period. Avoid.
Feel cheated
I invested and asked to withdraw when I realised I had been ripped off
They then asked for ID and when I sent that they still did not withdraw for me
I contacted the bank to try and help
They are so convincing
I feel really gullible for trusting them
Lost my money and they kept calling me but their numbers are unobtainable and they just keep asking for more ID which I have sent and am worried who has all my details now
You cannot call them back and the link they send you gets deleted after you have used it
Please be warned.
They won't give me my money back even though they promised that I could have a refund at any time. I have been trying since August 2019. All they do is pass your details onto yet another 'Senior Accounts Manager', I've lost count of the so-called Managers that I've spoken to. Another called me today and told me to shut up so I hung up. I then received an email informing me that they have closed my account due to 'Margin Over Balance'! No idea what that means or what they have done with my £300. Have you noticed how they get all the bad reviews taken down?
UPDATE
They've reported me? Shall I post the emails from them online?
FURTHER UPDATE
They called me again today about my 'account'. I asked him about my 'margin over balance' email. He didn't know what I was talking about. No surprise there! I hung up.
I wait for an answer from Mentorfx
Hi.
I have a trading account with Mentorfx since August -19. I have invested 3250 Euro in this account. I wanted to make a withdrawal and since then I can't get in touch with Mentorfx. I have tried several times on both of the email addresses previously used, but no one wants to reply. What is meant by this?
Answer to Mentorfx: No, I am not a competitor to you, I am a customer of you with account XXXXX. Give me an answer why you can not reach by email. Thanks

I am here to share my story so others can benefit also. I started a trading account with only $2300 using Mr. Green's trading system, today I own over $4100. All this happened within 4 months. I strongly recommend his service to everyone trading.

Me and two of my friends are part of the great community at MentorFX. Although I'm working in the construction industry and know nothing about finance, I'm still able to make a decent side income thanks to my account manager. He makes it easy to understand and after a few lessons from the trading academy I'm already able to keep track on my account and a few trading tactics. I really enjoy being a client of theirs!
Working with them is great
I decided to start with mentorfx back in June. Deposited the minimum of 250 EUR for an automated account. Three months after I joined my account went to 397EUR. I made withdrawal request for the entire amount because I wanted to test the service. Four days later my deposit and the profits were in my bank account. Currently I am having another investment with a personal account manager. I'm very satisfied overall.

I did not expect that with relatively small minimum deposit, there would be such a quality of service. With the help of my Derek's hints, I began to better predict the movement of the trends and increase the number of profitable trades. For the last eight months I've had only one month in the red, due to my mistake. Withdraw of profits hasn't been a problem either. Last week I received my third one, so the company is reputable.

I joined the company because a friend of mine was satisfied using their platform. I can't be happier from Andy's services and MentorFX. I placed my withdrawal request two days ago and the funds are today already in my ewallet. My manager has never missed any of our appointments even though I made only a small investment. The entire team has so far been nothing but professional to me. The only hassle for me was the verification, but I suppose this is normal.
